This is the truth, your thinking is electrical and transmits in a way similar to that of a radio tower. The Law of Attraction is the Universal management system that matches and projects back to us what we think about and our emotional attachment to our thinking. It is not just the thoughts we have, it is also the emotions and beliefs we have about those thoughts.

You are probably thinking:

I focus on receiving my perfect job every day.

I am always looking for my perfect relationship.

I desire more money; I'm always thinking about this.

The Law of Attraction speaks the language of the cosmos, and that language is energy. And we're thinking an energetic language all day, every day. We are projectors and receivers of expressions via our senses. Thoughts, the sounds we hear, the experiences of smell, touch, and taste. All of this translates into vibration. Sound, color, thoughts, and feelings all have vibration signatures. They're all transmitting a vibration. We interpret these signatures as color, patterns, forms, or information of some type or another. Empowering yourself with the Law of Attraction is hugely helpful for Relationship Attraction, and it's not hard to understand.

The Universe sees vibration. It doesn't understand English, French, or Spanish. You can't say I want more wealth and vibrate at the frequency of 'poor me' and see the results you are after. The Universe responds to your vibration, not what you say.

Your thoughts are electricity. They have frequency. The power behind those frequencies denotes how regularly you are transmitting these thoughts. Emotion, feelings, energy, vibration, and frequencies are all basically the same thing.

Here is where our programming comes into the picture. If you haven't seen a movement in what you are desiring to creating, then you probably have some pretty deep ruts sustaining your current mindset. Habit patterns of thought that do not serve you. We all think from the programs that we were raised with. Are you wondering what these programs are? Are you noticing that you've got an mental monologue in your head that no longer serves you?

- How difficult life is in the current economy.

- How I was never trained on how to take care of my money.

- How I am too old now and every new job is getting taken by young people.

Are you arguing FOR your limitations?

The Universe can handle the process of matching you up with what you want. You have to free yourself from your limiting programs. Here's an Action Step for you: When you notice your old self-talk, work off that and imagine better feeling thoughts. Turn into a magnet to what you want and you will start attracting more of what you want in life.

Potentially The Best Way To Quit Smoking

I had tried many times to stop smoking cigarettes and had always failed after only a few days. What I needed to do, was to try to work out why these previous attempts had failed and to hopefully learn from my mistakes.

I decided that I would only try again to stop smoking, when my life was in what I classed as a good period. If I am stressed out for example at work where I sell French doors then I always seem to yearn for a fag. When I am doing well and I am happy, I have far less of a need to smoke, therefore this will be the type of period, when I will start yet again to quit the fags.

I am not sure why I did this but whenever I have tried to quit smoking in the past I have let everyone know what I am attempting to do - family, friends and work colleagues etc. This is a big mistake as to quit it is important that you stop thinking about cigarettes completely. When you are constantly being asked about how you are finding giving up the cigarettes, it is like a constant reminder to you. By going about it in a quiet way, maybe only telling your closest family members and friends, makes it a whole lot easier.

Another reason why I had failed in my previous attempts to quit smoking, was possibly due to spending too much time with other people who smoked. I decided that in this new quest, I would attempt to stay away from other smokers as much as I could. I have to say this was far from easy due to the fact that a lot of the people within my circle of friends smoke themselves. I had to be determined and make sacrifices. What I am attempting to do could have a very positive affect on my life, I therefore have to have the courage to do everything in my power that I think will help to lead to a successful conclusion.
